A few years ago, I went through a profound mental breakdown, and creating art played a crucial role in my recovery. During that time, I painted my emotional pain, transforming it into beautiful pieces. What fascinated me most was how symbols and storytelling in my art could unlock such profound relief and healing. As I continued creating, my curiosity about how art can heal the brain led me to study therapeutic art principles. Now, I want to share this knowledge and help others use art to experience the same transformative healing that I did. In this course, I share lessons born from my own life, as many of my pieces emerged during the most difficult times I’ve faced. I am living proof of the immense healing power of art, and it’s this gift that I would love to share with the world.

In this class, you’ll learn how to explore, process, and gently transform your emotions through creative expression.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to access and express deeper emotions through painting

  • Ways to work with heavy feelings instead of avoiding them

  • How to use symbolism to reshape your inner stories

  • Techniques to connect with your subconscious mind

  • How to transform your inner critic so it no longer blocks your creativity

  • How to create a personal visual talisman representing your healing journey

This class is for you if you are:

  • drawn to art and want to explore it as a healing practice

  • an artist looking for deeper emotional expression

  • curious about your inner world but unsure how to access it

  • a beginner who feels called to paint, even without experience

You do not need to be “good at art.”
The focus is on the emotional impact of art, not technical art skills.

By the end of this class, you’ll have a deeply personal visual piece—a kind of talisman—that reflects your emotional journey, along with tools you can return to whenever you need to process or reconnect with yourself.

You’ll also get:

  • short painting tutorials

  • insights into art therapy principles

  • guidance on understanding and interpreting symbols in your artwork

Please note that I’m not a licensed therapist. Healing art is best used as a complementary practice rather than a substitute for professional treatment. If you are experiencing deep or overwhelming emotional pain, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.
