This piece is of a geisha crying sparkling tears with Hummingbird moth perched on her cheek drinking from the valuable tear nectar. She is surrounded by cherry blossoms and butterflies. It's about how tears are essential to our well-being. The moth is drawn to its irresistible shimmer and feeds on its valuable nectar.

Poem I wrote about the piece:

Sakura Dew

Beyond seven seas,

Beyond seven mountains,

Wandering beneath Sakura trees,

Her tears lighted with silver sparkles.

An enchanting moth perched on her cheek,

Drawn to the rarest of dew,

Then it carried it down to the creek,

To paint the shores with shimmering hue.

The original drawing was drawn on professional toned beige recycled paper.

I package all of my framed goods, paintings etc, in bubble wrap, protecting the corners and fill the shipping box with extra paper to make sure it will not move and will not get damaged on the way.
